Our client is looking for an Audit & Risk Consultant  to drive and assist their team
 to contribute to the sustainability of the Netherlands. Every day. Together with our partners in the energy sector. 

Responsibilities for the Audit & Risk Consultant include:  

You work together with the teams on the Control Frameworks for state-of-the-art platform solutions & capabilities  
You test the design, existence and functioning of the CFWs  
You report your findings to management and make recommendations for improvements  
You optimize the processes, risks and control measures in the CFWs  
You contribute to increasing risk awareness and take concrete actions to achieve this.  
You advise management and the business on the approach and implementation of projects in the field of risk management  
You are an energetic risk manager who naturally has a good mix between empathy and steadfastness. 
You have the ability to deliver added value to an IT organization in development. 
You tackle situations proactively with the necessary persuasiveness and dare to challenge others. In addition, you always operate with integrity and are a good listener. 
You are eager to learn and a good conceptual thinker. 
Your strong communication skills ensure that you make good contacts with our stakeholders.  

For the Audit & Risk Consultant you will need:
At least a completed HBO/WO education (requirement) supplemented with a post-master IT Audit education (desired)
Very broad relevant work experience (at least 5 years, preferably more than 10 years) as an IT auditor, quality manager, risk manager or similar position (requirement)
- Including recent IT experience, with knowledge of the application of cloud environments, CICD pipelines and SaaS products and the associated risks (requirement)
Knowledge of / experience with Agile/SAFe principles (requirement)
Knowledge of / experience with management process standards such as ITIL, ASL and BISL (desired)
Knowledge of ISAE 3000 / 3402 control statements (requirement)
Knowledge of/experience with implementing, improving and managing risk management & control frameworks for Cloud/Platform teams (requirement). Specific knowledge of AWS and Identity & Access management is an important advantage. (desire)
Excellent command of Dutch (requirement) and English (desire)
