Our client operates in the energy sector and is seeking an ICT Consultant to help them continue growing in this dynamic market.

Responsibilities for the ICT Consultant role include:

• Responsible for promoting a consistent vision and strategy in the area of office automation.
• To be the first point of contact for our clients’ employees when it comes to resolving incidents and system disruptions.
• Willingness to develop yourself with constant learning and growth.
• Establish customised solutions and serve their clients during this stage of professional growth.
• Be the point of contact for employees regarding system incidents and disruptions.
• Manage workplace IT (workstation support)
• Maintain the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) 
• Handle hardware ordering 
• Conduct regular meetings with internal clients via key-user sessions Represent ICT in project meetings for internal improvement initiatives

Candidates applying for the ICT Consultant Role will need:

• A completed higher education degree (HBO) in Business Informatics or a comparable field
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365
• Experience with Intune, Azure IaaS/SaaS solutions, and Azure AD
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
