SAFe Program Consultant

Vacancy:      SAFe Program Consultant (Hybrid)  (Contract)

Duration:         6 - 9 Months

Our client is looking for a SAFe Program Consultant to join their rapidly growing company. 

Responsibilities for the SAFe Program Consultant role include:

• As a SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), you will guide the next step in our client’s transformation.
• You will work closely with the LACE team and the ARTs to deepen and broaden the application of the SAFe framework.
• You will contribute to increasing Lean-Agile maturity across the organisation and help teams and leaders apply SAFe principles effectively.
• Guide ARTs in inspect & adapt, PI Planning, and improving flow and value creation
• Support the setup and improvement of metrics and feedback loops
• Deliver certified SAFe trainings (e.g., Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe POPM)
• Advise the management team on strategic transformation choices
• Coach teams, RTEs, Product Managers, and other stakeholders

Candidates applying for the SAFe Program Consultant role will need:

• Valid SAFe SPC certification is a strong plus
• Demonstrable experience guiding SAFe transformations
• Deep knowledge of the SAFe framework and Lean-Agile principles
• Experience working in or with the energy sector is a plus
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Proactive and collaborative attitude
• Ideally, you will have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken
• At least 4 years of experience in guiding SAFe transformations and working with Lean/Agile principles
