AEOI Manager

Our Client is an international provider of Corporate Services & Global Expansion, Active Wealth and Fund Solutions, with offices across multiple jurisdictions and territories. They now require an AEOI Manager to join the team.

As AEOI Manager you will be responsible for overseeing AEOI reporting processes, maintaining high standards of data quality and regulatory compliance, partnering with internal and external stakeholders, and driving technology and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy. You will also act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on AEOI obligations and supporting the business in managing regulatory risks.

The ideal candidate for the role of AEOI Manager will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law, or a related discipline
  • Professional qualification or advanced degree would be advantageous
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in AEOI reporting, FATCA/CRS compliance, or a related regulatory reporting role within financial or fiduciary services
  • Demonstrated management experience within the fiduciary services industry
  • Strong knowledge of AEOI, FATCA, CRS, and global tax reporting frameworks
  • Experience managing technology-driven reporting processes and regulatory reporting systems
  • Familiarity with global tax regulations, particularly within fiduciary environments
  • Experience with tax reporting software, XML schemas, reporting platforms, and automation tools
  • Strong data analysis and validation skills, including proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management capabilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within global teams
  • Willingness to share knowledge, coach colleagues, and promote best practices

Desirable:

  • Project and change management experience would be beneficial
