Graphic Designer

The Role

You will own the visual future of Organised. This is not a maintenance role, we need someone to work directly with the founder to evolve the brand, strategy, and UX. We have a strong foundation, minimal, raw. Your job is to sharpen it, scale it, and apply it to a mobile-first experience that feels seamless.

The Mission

We are restoring real food to family life. We are aggressive about quality and we are growing fast. We don't need someone to \"make things pretty.\" We need someone to build a digital experience that hits as hard as the product does.

The Standard (Read this twice) We are looking for a specific type of neurosis.

  • If you can ignore inconsistent padding, do not apply.
  • If you don't care how an animation feels on a slow connection, do not apply.
  • We need the person who spots the typo on the back of the packaging.
  • We value radical simplicity, minimal tools, zero clutter, maximum impact.

What you will own

  • Digital Experience: You control how the brand feels on mobile and web. You will obsess over the UX.
  • Brand Evolution: Not a rebrand, a maturation. You will take our visual language and ensure it survives scale without losing its soul.
  • Execution: You will design and ship. We don't do \"approval chains\". If you own it, you decide, you ship, and you stand by it.

Requirements

  • Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • AI forward mindset
  • UI/UX for mobile app and websites
  • Brand evolution
  • Eye for detail

How We Operate

  • High Trust, No Rules: We don't have working hours. We don't track holidays. You treat this company like it's yours. If you need to train or take a sauna at midday to reset your energy, do it. We care about output, not time sheets.
  • The Residencies: We are remote, but we are not isolated. Every two months, we meet for 3-5 days in the countryside. We cook nose-to-tail, we train, and we work on the big picture. This isn't a corporate retreat, It's deep work and real food.

Who You Are

  • Details Obsessed: You take personal offence when things are broken or ugly.
  • Structure meets Art: You understand that great design is functional, it supports the craft.
  • Thick Skin: We practise radical candour. We challenge ideas to make them better. You need to be able to take feedback and give it back straight.
  • A Builder: You don't need a manager to tell you what to do. You see a problem, you solve it
