What youll be doing: Build, configure, and test media and SOC players.

Deliver first-line technical support with AV/IT expertise.

Manage and schedule content using CMS platforms.

Maintain asset registers for digital hardware.

Monitor and respond to support tickets promptly.

Support on-site engineers and assist across the business when needed.

Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers.

Participate in thorough testing to ensure solutions meet standards.
