Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Bedford
Hours: Full time, Monday–Friday
Salary: £40,000
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join a growing technology team, supporting the delivery of high-quality SaaS products in a collaborative environment.
You will manage testing across the full development lifecycle, including manual and automated testing. Working closely with developers and product teams to identify and report defects, improve QA processes, and ensure high-quality product releases. Experience within the automotive industry or SaaS platforms is advantageous.
This role is ideal for someone with a desire to progress into a senior position with people management responsibilities.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in QA or software testing
- Strong manual testing skills (ideally 1+ year of automation experience)
- Experience within the automotive industry would be advantageous
- Knowledge of SaaS/CRM systems and Agile processes
- Organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
