Summary:

Oscar Technology have partnered with a London-based tech company, specialising in technology consultancy and CRM solutions for not-for-profits, to recruit an CRM Consultant - the company currently use iMIS, so any previous experience with iMIS would be great, however training will be provided.

The company work with not-for-profit organisations to implement cost-effective, high performing CRM systems helping them gain strategic value from their data and technology.

This role will involve supporting clients through implementation, optimisation, and ongoing use of their systems. Whether you are interested in becoming an iMIS expert or already have a couple years knowledge here under your belt, this is an opportunity to hone your skills and make a real impact in the not-for-profit sector.

You would be required on site one day per week from the Camden office. As part of this role, you will be going on visits - so having excellent presentation and communication skills are key!

Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will come into the role ready to build excellent client relationships, eager to grow their skill set, and have a problem-solving mindset.
• Deliver consultancy and implementation services on iMIS projects.
• Work with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document requirements.
• Solve technical challenges through effective use of data, systems, and modern web technologies.
• Support organisations to optimise existing CRM systems or adopt new solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver integration and bespoke development projects.
• Manage your own workload effectively, ensuring delivery to deadlines and high standards.

Required Skills

• SQL
• Highly proficient working with databases
• Experience working with large complex datasets
• Understand of CRM systems
• HTML/JavaScript

• Previous experience in a similar role
