Lead Generation & Outreach Executive

Lead Generation & Outreach Executive | 3 Month Contract | £150-250 p/day

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Executive to work on a short-term contract. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on retrieving data and driving opportunity, is comfortable on the phone, and enjoys the challenge of opening doors with new businesses.

Location: Solihull, West Midlands (Hybrid)

Contract: 3-months (Inside IR35)

Rate: £150-250 p/day

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify tailored business data to build targeted contact lists
• Conduct cold calls to businesses to introduce services and establish rapport
• Record and track all outreach activities, ensuring accurate data entry
• Work to daily/weekly outreach targets
• stay motivated and proactive in driving business development forward

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with decision makers over the phone
• Self-motivated and resilient in handling objection
• Organised with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks
• Experience using a CRM system
