2nd/3rd Line Engineer (MSP) - Hybrid
We're on the lookout for a 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a fast-paced, client-focused IT Solutions & Managed Service Provider (MSP). You'll be the go-to person for technical issues, working across a variety of environments to keep systems running smoothly and clients happy.
In this role, you'll support a broad mix of SME customers, providing remote and occasional on-site support across desktop, server, networking, and cloud platforms. Every day is different - from troubleshooting complex issues to assisting with project rollouts and system upgrades.
You'll need a solid foundation in Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Azure, M365), networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls), and experience in a customer-facing role where communication is key.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle escalations and 2nd line support tickets through the service desk

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, Office 365, Azure, networks, and cloud platforms

Assist with project work such as migrations, deployments, and upgrades

Maintain detailed documentation and ensure SLA targets are met

Deliver excellent service with a proactive and consultative approach
Requirements: Previous MSP experience is essential, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, multi-client environment.
Salary in the region £35- 45K depending on experience
