- Turn broad ideas into focused bite sized user stories and sketch out the early building blocks for success including clear goals and acceptance criteria.
- Join backlog grooming sessions to make sure everyone from developers to designers knows what needs to be done and why it matters.
- Check deliverables to make sure they hit the brief and speak up in sprint demos to showcase how great thinking leads to great products.
- Work closely with engineers to design elegant solutions to complex problems and bring insight to every technical workshop or client chat.
What you will be great at
- Untangling tricky integrations and helping teams tackle them step by step.
- Knowing when to follow best practices and when to challenge them
- Keeping calm when juggling tight deadlines and overlapping projects
- Picking up new tools, platforms, and processes like it is second nature.
