Business Development Manger
Location: London (Hybrid)Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + Commission
OverviewWe are working with a growing London-based organisation seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager to support continued commercial growth. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
The position would suit a motivated sales professional with experience in SaaS, B2B services, or a comparable environment, who is confident managing the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market research
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
- Engage with key decision-makers across a range of industries
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation and close
- Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline within CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery for new clients
- Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets and KPIs
- Proven experience in a Business Development, Sales, or similar commercial role
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience within SaaS, technology, training, or wider B2B services is advantageous
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Comfortable operating in a target-driven environment
