Summary

A brand new position has opened for a Data Consultant to join a thriving business intelligence solutions company. The role is being offered on a hybrid basis from their office which is located north of London, close to major transport links.

They are looking for a logical thinker, with great communication skills to provide support and consultancy services to their client base across UK and Europe. There will be lots of variation to the position including but not limited to troubleshooting database connectivity issues, developing reports using business intelligence tools, providing end-user training, and some international travel!

The Company

The company have 40+ years' experience developing solutions that allow their client's to harness data, gain insights, and utilize business intelligence to thrive. They have an impressive client outreach across the UK and Europe, with their offices covering multiple continents.

You'll be joining an experienced team of specialists to assist developing these solutions, and provide user training to their client-base.

The Role

The ideal candidate will have fantastic interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as an enthusiasm to learn. The role will be varied, offering opportunities to expand your skillset. The company have had impressive employee tenure due to this!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing reports using Business Intelligence tools (I.e PowerBI / QlikView)
• Knowledge in troubleshooting relational databases
• Knowledge in database indexes and keys
• Skilled in programming language
• Preparing and providing online and in-person training to end-users
• Documentation of customer solutions

Any additional experience with operating systems would also be beneficial!
