Graduate Web Support SpecialistSalary: £28,000 - £30,000Location: NorthamptonshireHours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (Hybrid after Probation)

The Role

We're seeking a Graduate Web Support Specialist to provide technical support and excellent customer service across our web services. You'll assist with troubleshooting, DNS and domain management, email administration, and website setup, while working closely with the Web Team Leader on client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for website and email issues
• Set up/manage DNS records and domains
• Assist with email account setup and migrations
• Support website setup, configuration, and monitoring
• Log support tickets and maintain technical records
• Liaise with clients to gather feedback and provide updates

Skills & Experience

• Understanding of DNS, domains, and email administration
• Basic knowledge of web technologies (e.g., how websites function)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused with a professional, patient approach
• WordPress or web hosting knowledge (desirable, not essential)
