IT Support Engineer | £32,000 DoE + Benefits

Location: Berkshire

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an IT Support Engineer to join a leading MSP delivering IT support. This role offers a varied position where you will support multiple school sites, ensuring reliable IT systems while helping staff and students make the most of their technology.

You will play a key role in maintaining IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and assisting schools in improving their overall use of digital tools to support teaching and learning.

• Previous experience in an IT support role such as ICT Technician, Service Desk Analyst, or 2nd Line Support.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across hardware, software, and networking.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and common user applications.

• Experience supporting desktop devices, printers, and classroom technology.

• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.

• Well organised with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Experience within an education environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
