The OpportunityA growing Managed Service Provider is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their technical team, supporting a range of multi-site customers across the region.
This role would suit someone with solid 1st / 2nd line experience who enjoys a mix of remote support, site visits and hands-on technical work. You'll support end users, maintain client infrastructure, and play a key role in delivering a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities Support & Service Desk- Provide 1st / 2nd line support across hardware, software and user issues
- Log, manage and resolve tickets within agreed SLAs
- Escalate more complex issues where required
- Deliver clear updates and excellent customer communication throughout
- Visit customer sites for scheduled support, installs and issue resolution
- Support users face-to-face with desktop, laptop and peripheral issues
- Assist with workstation setups, moves and equipment rollouts
- Build positive working relationships with end users and key contacts
- Assist in supporting servers, backups and core network infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory user accounts, permissions and password resets
- Support Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams and SharePoint basics
- Help maintain Wi-Fi, printers, switches and connectivity services
- Windows 10 / 11
- Microsoft 365

- Azure / Entra ID (basic exposure)
- Intune (desirable)
- Printers / Peripherals
- Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
- Backup solutions
- Ticketing systems
- Previous experience in a 1st / 2nd line IT support role
- MSP or multi-site support experience highly desirable
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Organised, reliable and able to manage workload independently
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
- Keen to learn and progress technically
- Salary up to £31,000
