Principal Delivery Manager - Remote - £85,000

The Role

A growing Microsoft Dynamics consultancy is looking for a proactive and experienced Principal Delivery Manager to join their expanding team. You will be a key leader within the delivery team, supporting the Head of PMO, mentoring project managers, and ensuring high-quality project delivery across CRM, ERP, and Data projects.

In this role, you'll manage complex projects from initiation to completion, take ownership of project budgets, and ensure governance, risk, and change management processes are followed. You'll also support pre-sales activities, providing expert guidance during proposals, bids, and client demos. This is a hands-on role where your leadership, technical knowledge and commercial nuance will have a real impact on project success and client satisfaction.

This position is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 project delivery, and a desire to shape and mentor a high-performing PMO team.

Requirements

  • A total of 5+ years' experience in Project Management/Delivery
  • Experience within a Microsoft Partner environment, delivering CRM/ERP and Data projects
  • Strong Leadership and mentoring experience
  • The ability to manage multiple projects running concurrently
  • Proven experience handling budgets of £100,000 upwards, for SMEs and global brands with a duration of anywhere from 6 months to 2 years
  • Experience with Azure DevOps as well as Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies

Desirables

  • Experience in Not-for-Profit/Education/Warehouse and Manufacturing sectors
  • Large-scale data migration and integration experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Prince2, APM, or PMI
  • Advanced certifications: Prince2 Agile, MSP, MoR, P3O
