The Role
An innovative technology company in Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure and regulatory projects, both security-cleared and non-cleared. You'll oversee the full project lifecycle, coordinate teams across the business, and ensure delivery within timelines and business objectives.

You will be responsible for designing and managing project plans that bridge both technical and regulatory functions, ensuring that all timelines and milestones are maintained, tracked, and reported effectively. This includes establishing regular meetings with internal teams and clients, capturing minutes, managing agreed actions, and identifying potential risks while implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
In addition, you will coordinate closely with client technical, regulatory, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure smooth project delivery, while building and maintaining strong professional relationships with key partners. You will also support governance, reporting, and provide updates to senior management, ensuring that all stakeholders remain informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Need to currently have UK Security Clearance
- Proven project management experience, ideally in infrastructure, technology, or regulated environments
- Project Management training (Prince2 Foundation or equivalent)
- Strong organisational, planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Comfortable using Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Desirables
- Infrastructure, technology, or regulated industry experience
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, project governance frameworks
