Senior Automation Engineer (Contract) | Birmingham | £650-£750/day | Inside IR35 | Hybrid

A major financial services environment is undergoing a large-scale network automation transformation - and we're looking for a senior engineer to help drive it.

This is a hands-on role focused on SWIM automation, production-grade infrastructure automation, and solving complex challenges across a multi-vendor estate at serious scale.

You'll need strong experience with:

• Ansible & Python
• Cisco Catalyst / IOS-XE / NX-OS
• Fortinet
• Git & CI/CD automation

Beyond engineering, this role suits someone who can mentor others, lead from the front, and help bring client engineers on the automation journey.
