• Design and document workflows and system integrations across cloud-based and on-premise environments.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and middleware team to align architecture with business goals.

• Evaluate new technologies and identify opportunities for automation and performance improvement.

• Implement monitoring and optimisation strategies for data and API workflows.

• Strong background in system analysis, architecture, and process design.

• Proven experience working with RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and workflow automation tools.

• Skilled in translating technical architecture into business value.

• Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
