The Opportunity
I'm currently working with a well-established IT Services organisation that is looking to hire a CRM Manager to take ownership of its HubSpot environment.
This is a key role within the business, focused on ensuring HubSpot delivers maximum value across sales, operations, and marketing teams. The organisation is currently reviewing its CRM environment and is looking for an experienced CRM professional who can work closely with stakeholders to implement improvements, optimise processes and drive greater adoption across the business.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you'll act as the owner of the HubSpot platform, helping to improve user engagement, enhance data quality, streamline workflows and ensure the CRM supports wider commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the company's HubSpot CRM environment
- Act as the primary point of contact for all CRM-related activities across the business
- Work closely with sales, operations and marketing teams to maximise the value and effectiveness of HubSpot
- Support the implementation of improvements and recommendations arising from the ongoing CRM review
- Drive CRM adoption and encourage best practice usage across the organisation
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows and overall CRM efficiency
- Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy and governance
- Develop reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into CRM performance and business activity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical CRM solutions
- Continuously evaluate and optimise the CRM environment to support business growth and commercial objectives
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a CRM Manager, CRM Lead, CRM Administrator or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience managing and optimising HubSpot CRM
- Experience owning or administering a CRM platform within a commercial environment
- Proven ability to drive CRM adoption and user engagement
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple business functions
- Experience improving business processes and implementing system enhancements
- Understanding of CRM best practices, data management and governance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Desirable Skills
- Experience within a B2B technology, IT services, SaaS or managed services environment
- Knowledge of CRM automation and workflow optimisation
- Experience producing CRM reporting and performance dashboards
- Exposure to Revenue Operations (RevOps) or Sales Operations functions
- Experience supporting change management and user training initiatives
- Understanding of CRM integrations and wider business systems
