Product Manager / Business Change Lead
Location: Flexible / Hybrid / South East
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a commercially focused Product Manager / Business Change Lead to own the roadmap and prioritisation of a key business-critical platform.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in business analysis, project delivery, product ownership or transformation, with a good understanding of finance-related processes and outstanding stakeholder engagement skills.

The successful candidate will be confident managing a large pipeline of change, assessing competing priorities, and making clear recommendations on what will deliver the greatest value to the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the product roadmap and enhancement pipeline
  • Prioritise a high volume of requests based on business benefit, user impact and risk
  • Work closely with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Translate business needs into clear deliverables for technical and delivery teams
  • Drive continuous improvement, releases, upgrades and process optimisation
  • Communicate priorities, progress and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in product management, business analysis, project management or business change
  • Strong experience prioritising competing demands and managing a roadmap or backlog
  • Good understanding of finance, operational or business-critical processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams

Desirable:

  • Experience working on system, platform or process improvement programmes
  • Experience in professional services or other complex business environments

Please note: previous Aderant or legal sector experience is not required.
