  • Hardware Management: Manage the full hardware lifecycle, including laptops, mobile devices, and office equipment.
  • Optimization: Support and optimize key business systems, including ERP and finance platforms (e.g., Business Central).

Systems Implementation & Process Optimization

  • Evaluation: Identify inefficiencies or system gaps and implement best-in-class SaaS solutions (ERP, CRM, ITSM, collaboration tools).
  • Automation: Drive automation and standardization of processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain system processes and policies to ensure consistency and scalability.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

  • Security Protocols: Implement and manage SSO, MFA, endpoint protection, and mobile device management.
  • Compliance: Ensure alignment with data protection standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
  • Risk Mitigation: Monitor system security, manage access controls, and lead user awareness initiatives.

IT Support & User Experience

  • Support Oversight: Manage the IT helpdesk, ensuring timely resolution of issues across all offices and remote users.
  • Onboarding: Partner with HR to deliver a seamless technical onboarding and offboarding experience.
  • Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins with teams to proactively identify and resolve technical friction points.

Vendor & Project Management

  • Partnerships: Manage relationships with external vendors, MSPs, and software partners.
  • Budgeting: Oversee the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement and licensing.
  • Strategy: Lead IT projects from planning through execution, aligning IT strategy with broader business objectives.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 5+ years in IT, with at least 2 years in a hands-on IT Manager or Systems Administrator role.
  • Technical Stack: Strong experience managing SaaS environments, specifically Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Device Management: Proven experience with Intune and MDM solutions.
  • Business Systems: Experience implementing and optimizing ERP, CRM, or ITSM platforms.
  • Security Mindset: Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles (Zero Trust, access control, phishing mitigation).
  • Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
  • Experience leading or mentoring a small IT team.
  • Background in a high-growth, digitally evolving organization.
