Business Development Manager
Osprey Executive Search is partnering with a leading global player in the cross border payments and FX space to expand their London-based business development engine. The role will have freedom to drive new business across a range of customer segments, predominantly selling payment services into corporate clients. Remit is global, sector agnostic.
The team are looking for hunter sales talent with a track record of selling payment and financial services technology, with around 4+ years' experience. The role will involve hunting and closing new business, but there is a lead generation team doing all of the cold outreach, so you don't need to cold call. You will manage accounts for 12 months post-sign.
Expected annual salary is £175,000 (base and bonus combined)
'Must Have' Skills
- A demonstrable sales background, examples of client wins and targets met or exceeded.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the FX, fintech, payments, or SaaS sales space is a plus, but not required.
