Client Operations Manager
Outbound Partners is a fast-growing outsourced SDR agency working with B2B SaaS and enterprise tech companies across the UK and Europe. We run high-performance cold calling campaigns and we are scaling quickly.
We are hiring a Client Operations Manager to sit at the heart of our operations. This is a back-office role. You will not carry a revenue target. Your job is to make sure everything agreed on client calls actually gets done and that our delivery team has everything it needs to perform.
You will work directly with the founding team. That means fast-moving priorities, tasks coming at you from multiple directions at once and a need to stay on top of everything without being chased. If that sounds like your environment, read on.
What you will be doing:
- Joining client check-in calls with our founders and senior team, then owning all follow-up actions through to completion
- Maintaining campaign trackers, timelines and reporting across multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Coordinating onboarding for new clients, working with SDRs and research to get campaigns live fast and to deadline
- Managing internal project workflows, flagging blockers early and keeping things moving without prompting
- Owning HubSpot CRM admin, including data hygiene, contact management and list maintenance
- Using sales intelligence platforms (ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo and similar) to support research and campaign setup
- Supporting process documentation and helping build scalable ops as the business grows
What we are looking for:
- 2-5 years in a project management, client operations or account management role
- Background in an agency, outsourced services, PR or consultancy environment strongly preferred
- Hands-on HubSpot experience is essential, you need to be able to hit the ground running
- Familiarity with sales intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo or similar
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams at once and work to tight deadlines without dropping the ball
- Obsessively organised, you are the kind of person who has a system for everything
- Strong written communication and confident on client calls
- Based in the UK

You will work directly with the founding team on a daily basis. That means priorities shift, things land in your inbox without much notice and you need to be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. We are not looking for someone who needs hand-holding. We are looking for someone who takes a brief once and runs with it.
