Key Skills
- Lead the development and execution of a digital workplace strategy aligned to BAE Systems' business objectives.
- Manage a portfolio of workplace products and services including Microsoft 365, end-user hardware, and productivity tools.
- Oversee supplier selection, onboarding, and service transformation.
- Drive change and user adoption with a user-first approach.
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and IT standards.
- Build and lead a skilled team of internal staff and partners.
- Champion innovation, digital collaboration, and hybrid working.
- Manage budgets, performance metrics, product roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives.
