We are recruiting for a newly created opportunity with a leading UK business services and digital transformation organisation. This strategic role is focused on shaping and developing Finance & Accounting solutions across the healthcare and wider public sector market. The organisation has ambitious growth plans over the coming years, making this a high-profile appointment with strong long-term opportunity.

This is not a traditional business development role. An established sales and BDM function already exists. The focus of this position is helping existing and prospective clients improve finance and back-office operations through scalable solutions spanning shared services, finance transformation, managed services and operational improvement.

The successful individual will work closely with commercial teams, operational stakeholders and clients to understand business challenges, shape solutions and support complex opportunities through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing Finance & Accounting solutions aligned to client operational requirements
• Supporting strategic opportunities across healthcare and public sector organisations
• Acting as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance Directors and operational stakeholders
• Helping clients improve finance operations, shared services and back-office efficiency
• Supporting governance, procurement and commercial approval processes
• Working closely with internal delivery and commercial teams to shape scalable transformation solutions

Experience required:

We are seeking a commercially credible, consultative solutions professional with experience in areas such as (not all):

• Finance transformation
• Managed services / outsourcing / BPO
• ERP and finance platforms
• Consulting and advisory services
• Shaping or supporting Finance & Accounting solutions
• Strong understanding of operational finance environments
• Credibility operating with senior finance and operational stakeholders
• Ability to understand client challenges and translate them into scalable solutions
• Experience working within complex stakeholder and governance environments

Package

• £80,000–£90,000 base salary
