We are recruiting for a newly created Sales Director opportunity with a leading UK business services and digital transformation organisation. This is a strategic growth role focused on expanding Finance & Accounting solutions across the healthcare and wider public sector market.
The organisation has ambitious plans to significantly increase market share over the next three years, making this a high-profile appointment with strong long-term opportunity.
Key areas will include:
- Growing existing client accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Winning new business across healthcare and public sector organisations
- Developing solutions across shared services, finance transformation, back-office and managed service offerings
- Building senior stakeholder relationships across Trusts and complex organisations
- Leading opportunities through to successful close
- Acting as a trusted advisor to finance and operational decision makers
About You
We are seeking a commercially strong, solution-led sales professional with experience selling complex services or transformation solutions from backgrounds such as:
- Consulting / advisory services
- Managed services / outsourcing / BPO
- Finance transformation
- Shared services
- ERP / finance systems / back-office solutions
You will bring:
- Strong consultative sales and account growth experience
- Credibility with CFOs, Finance Directors and senior stakeholders
- Ability to understand client needs and shape commercial solutions
- Track record of winning and expanding strategic accounts
- Experience navigating long and complex sales cycles
Package
- £80,000–£90,000 base salary
