Contract Length: 9 months

Rate: £41.87 PAYE or £56.44 Umbrella (Inside IR35)

Working Pattern: Onsite 2 days per week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)

Clearance: You’ll be required to undergo SC Clearance

The Role

BAE Systems is looking for an Engineering Scrum Master to support BAE Air programmes, working within Siemens-led Agile sprints. The role focuses on driving sprint delivery, supporting engineering teams, and ensuring progress against programme schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent BAE Systems in Siemens-run Agile sprints
• Facilitate sprint activities and workshops
• Drive delivery of scope using Siemens toolsets
• Work closely with BAE SMEs and global delivery teams
• Track progress and provide regular status updates

Skills & Experience

• Certified Scrum Master with Agile delivery experience
• Established background in engineering or aerospace environments
• Experience with tools such as Teamcenter, NX, and Polarion
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good communication skills in English and Indian dialects (primarily Hindi ) - added advantage when dealing with Siemens Global Delivery Team
• SC Clearance would also be an advantage
