Location: London (Hybrid)- 2 days onsite per week- 3 remote Pay:  Employed contractor/ Permanent Pay- £65,000 equiv Contract Length: 6-12 months with view to go perm direct with client Start: July/ August 2026 Overview: We are looking for a senior PX Consultant to join a large Technology and Gaming company to provide strategic, advisory support across the EMEA region. This role senior HRBP expertise with people experience to influence and guide senior managers and business partners through organisational change in a global, matrixed context.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and HRBPs on performance management, grievances, benefits, and employment law matters.
  • Lead or contribute to strategic change management initiatives across multiple geographies.
  • Support HR system processes and testing, particularly within Workday, and leverage HR analytics tools to inform decisions.
  • Provide guidance on mobility, PM programs, and organisational change projects.
  • Drive operational excellence across complex employee lifecycle processes.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders in a solution -focused, consultative manner, influencing without formal authority.
Experience & Skills
  • 8+ years’ experience in as a Senior HRBP or People experience roles in global, matrixed organisations.
  • Able to partner with multiple business functions
  • Strategic, practical and resilient- if a process is not already in place having a mindset to overcome it and think practically.
  • UK and EMEA experience, if from operational background a plus
  • Proven ability to manage complex and sensitive employee situations with discretion and strategic insight.
  • Experienced in Workday and other HR analytics tools.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to operate effectively in ambiguity, fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Experience supporting creative, technical, or cross-functional populations advantageous.
  • European bilingual skills advantageous for EMEA support.
  • Experience delivering change management projects and cultural transformation.
  • Exposure to mobility, performance management programs, or system testing processes.
