Test Manager
Test Manager Warton | BAE Systems, FCAS Digital Environments Hybrid Working - 3 days on site per week 6 month contract initially £53.24 Umbrella per hour Inside IR35 We’re looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead testing across a secure digital platform within the FCAS programme. You’ll define and drive the test strategy across multiple agile teams, ensuring quality, security, and reliability on a high-impact project.Key responsibilities:
- Lead and implement end-to-end testing strategy
- Embed quality across agile teams and stakeholders
- Drive test automation, performance, and security testing
- Manage risks, environments, and test delivery reporting
- Proven Test Manager experience across large programmes and worked in the Aerospace sector.
- Strong Agile (Scrum/Kanban) background
- Experience with test automation frameworks & tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
