Business Analyst (FTC) – Scotland£36,410 (pro-rata) Edinburgh or Glasgow baseHybrid – 1 day per week onsite  Fixed-Term Contract until end of May 2026 Outsource UK are delighted to be supporting our client with the recruitment of a Business Analyst to provide backfill cover until May 2026.The Role As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the business with requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process mapping and planning. This is a hands-on role where you’ll also take ownership of UAT testing activities.Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Analyse, map, and improve business processes.
• Plan and manage UAT testing, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven Business Analysis skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Strong background in business processing and planning.
• Hands-on UAT testing experience is essential.
• Ideally, knowledge of Oracle CSS or broader Oracle systems.
• Excellent communication skills – personable, yet technically confident.
