Job Title: Cyber Delivery ManagerClient: BAE Systems Job Type: Contract Location: Preston (Remote, Adhoc visits)Hourly Rate: £45.46 Umbrella (INSIDE IR35)Details: 6 months, 37 hours per week About the Role We are seeking a highly capable Delivery Manager to join the Cyber Capability Centre team. This role will oversee the successful delivery of cyber initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of cyber capability projects.
• Manage resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Ensure compliance with governance, reporting, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record of leading complex programmes or projects within cyber, IT, or defence.
• Strong delivery management, governance, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of defence, cyber, or secure environments desirable
