Endpoint Engineer

Endpoint Engineer Based: Warton, Lancashire Hourly Rate: TBC Hours: 37 Hours per week Onsite: Hybrid Length: 12 months  BAE Systems is looking for a skilled Endpoint Engineer to join the End User Product Team and help manage the infrastructure and technologies that power our end-user experience. You'll take ownership of on-premise systems including Active Directory, VDI, EDR, and Thin Client. The Job

• Manage and maintain Active Directory, Group Policies, and DNS
• Administer and support VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware)
• Configure and monitor EDR solutions (e.g., SentinelOne, Trelix)
• Deploy and support Thin Client devices
• Support application lifecycle management
• Ensure compliance with security and industry standards

    Skills

• Experience in end-user or platform engineering
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure tools (AD, GPO, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience with VDI and endpoint security solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
