Identity & Access Management LeadLeeds | Hybrid (3 days on-site)Up to £70,000 + Excellent BenefitsOutsource UK is looking to recruit an experienced Identity & Access Management Lead to join a major UK enterprise undergoing the next phase of its IAM transformation.This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with deep Microsoft Entra expertise who enjoys combining technical delivery with strategic input. You'll play a key role in maturing an established IAM environment, leading a small team of engineers while driving improvements across identity governance, authentication and automation.Key experience required:Strong hands-on Microsoft Entra (Entra ID) administration and configurationApplication registrations, SSO, secrets and certificate managementIdentity governance and access managementAutomation within an IAM environmentExperience mentoring or leading technical teamsExcellent stakeholder communication skillsExperience with SailPoint ISC , CIAM , Azure AD B2C or Entra External ID would be advantageous.In return, you'll join a collaborative security team working across architecture and engineering, with the opportunity to influence the future direction of enterprise identity in a modern, cloud-first environment.Package includes: Up to £70,000 salary, bonus, car allowance, matched pension, generous staff discount, hybrid working, and an excellent range of wellbeing and family-friendly benefits.TPBN1_UKTJ
