Job Title: Lead Systems Integration Engineer Client: BAE Systems Location: Glascoed, Pontypool, South Wales Working Arrangements: 3 days a week onsite Contract: 6-12 Months (37 hours per week)Hourly Rate: Competitive (INSIDE IR35) TBC Role Overview: We are seeking a Lead Systems Integration Engineer to oversee the integration of complex systems within our engineering team. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless system design, testing, and implementation across various projects.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of systems across engineering projects.
• Manage system design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Essential Requirements:

• Strong background in Systems Engineering and integration.
• Proven experience leading integration projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
