This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee and deliver technology-enabled business change, driving a portfolio of projects that are strategically important and deliver real value.The Role As Portfolio Manager

• Manage, prioritise, and schedule a portfolio of projects aligned with business strategy.
• Lead project management and business analysis best practice across your team.
• Oversee dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Manage and develop a team of internal and external Project Managers and Business Analysts.
• Partner with business functions to deliver end-to-end excellence in project delivery.
• Track and report portfolio progress with a focus on scope, budget, resources, and schedule.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies early in the project lifecycle.

We’re looking for someone who can bring:

• Solid Experience with Business Applications/ERP and Financial systems
• Good understanding of financial processes and working within financial teams
• Proven experience in Portfolio Management, prioritisation, and dependency management across multiple projects.
• Significant experience of full project lifecycle delivery using Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across diverse business functions
