  • Engage with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Service, IT, and Operations to understand business needs
  • Lead process mapping workshops to capture current-state and define future-state processes
  • Challenge existing ways of working to identify efficiencies and improvements
  • Translate requirements into clear documentation for both technical and non-technical teams
  • Work closely with CRM implementation partners to ensure processes are accurately reflected in system design
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scenario creation and coordination
  • Own and manage the risk and issue register, ensuring proactive mitigation
  • Contribute to change management activities, supporting communication, training, and user adoption
Business Process Manager – CRM Transformation Essential Skills/ Experience
  • Proven experience in Business Process Management, Business Analysis, or similar
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot)
  • Confident communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Highly organised, with experience managing risks, issues, and dependencies
Desirable:
  • Experience delivering CRM implementations across multiple business functions
  • Understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service processes
  • Exposure to change management or continuous improvement methodologies
