ERP Specialist
Are you an experienced ERP Specialist? Have you supported or overseen ERP implementations within manufacturing environments? If so, a precision manufacturing business based in Alcester is looking to appoint an ERP Specialist to optimize and stabilize their recently implemented ERP system. ERP SpecialistInside IR35 Contract – 6 Month initialASAP Start – Site-Based RoleHours: 7:30 –16:30 Mon–Thu / 7:30–12:30 FriAlcester ERP Specialist – Key Responsibilities:
- Review, understand and optimize the existing ERP system
- Liaise closely with internal stakeholders, including Manufacturing and Demand Managers
- Work directly with the ERP provider to resolve technical and process challenges
- Ensure data accuracy across the platform (inventory, terminology, UoM, processes, etc.)
- Develop and implement new procedures and SOPs based on best practice
- Train internal teams on updated processes and system use
- Strong hands-on ERP knowledge (ideally exposure to multiple systems)
- Proven involvement in ERP implementation, migration or optimization
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Strong problem-solving ability and stakeholder engagement skills
