Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Camberley, is looking for a Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist! The successful candidate will become the internal subject matter expert for HubSpot and play a central role in developing marketing automation, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and digital best practices across the business.Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist Up to £60,000 DOE Monday – Thursday , and on a Friday.   • Own and optimise HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub functionality, including workflows, lead management, automation, reporting, and campaign tracking.
  • Build dashboards and provide actionable insights to support marketing and sales performance.
  • Support sales enablement through HubSpot training, KPI reporting, and integration with connected platforms and APIs.
  • Apply AI tools and marketing technologies to improve efficiency, segmentation, reporting, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external partners to support digital campaigns, platform improvements, and best practice adoption.
Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
  • Experience creating workflows, automation, reporting, and dashboards
  • Practical use of AI tools within marketing platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and improve complex digital systems independently
