This is a customer-facing technical role within a quality-driven engineering environment, supporting both internal teams and external customers across a diverse product range.The business delivers engineered technology solutions for demanding applications. - Provide high-quality technical support to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and remote access.
- Manage and track support and solutions tasks using Monday.com, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
- Liaise with internal engineering, compliance, and validation teams, as well as external partners, to resolve technical issues.
- Deliver remote and occasional onsite technical support, escalating issues where required.
- Produce and maintain technical bulletins, support documentation, and training materials.
- Proven experience supporting IP or IoT-based systems incorporating hardware, software, and configuration tools.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS operating systems, including virtual environments.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including routers, switches, and common protocols.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and IP-based devices.
- Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and a detail-focused, customer-centric approach.
