Intermediate UX Designer
Our client is seeking a UX Designer (Intermediate Consultant) to join their growing digital consultancy team. In this role, you will help design user-centred digital services that enable people to complete tasks easily and efficiently. Working within Agile, multidisciplinary teams, you will collaborate with user researchers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences.
This position offers an opportunity to further develop your UX expertise while advising clients on best practices for designing effective, user-centred services.
Location: UK-wide (within travelling distance of a major office hub)
Contract: Full-time
Key Responsibilities- Work within Agile, multidisciplinary teams following a people-centred design process.
- Design end-to-end user journeys that deliver intuitive and effective user experiences.
- Use insights from user research and analytics to identify pain points and improve service design.
- Create user journey maps, sitemaps, navigation structures, and annotated wireframes.
- Support usability testing alongside user researchers.
- Facilitate workshops with internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the wider design community to share best practices and improve standards.
- Strong UX design skills with experience delivering user-centred digital services.
- Understanding of UX design principles for web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to anticipate user scenarios, including edge cases and alternative user journeys.
- Experience creating prototypes using tools such as Sketch, InVision, or similar.
- Ability to interpret user research insights and metrics to inform design decisions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to advise stakeholders and clients.
