About the Role

We are a growing digital consultancy focused on delivering transformative digital solutions across both public and private sector organisations.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for translating client goals into actionable product strategies. This includes defining product vision, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, developing product roadmaps, managing prioritised backlogs, and ensuring delivery of measurable value.

As a senior specialist, you will bring strong expertise in product management, agile delivery, coaching and leadership. You will support multidisciplinary teams, influence stakeholders, and help develop product capabilities across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering digital products and services.
  • Support colleagues in understanding client needs and wider organisational objectives.
  • Create and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmaps and priorities.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across a variety of functions and seniority levels.
  • Balance user needs, business objectives, technical constraints and regulatory requirements.
  • Protect delivery teams from unnecessary distractions and enable focus on outcomes.
  • Use data and evidence to inform product decisions and prioritisation.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and collaborative exercises.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Coach and develop colleagues in product thinking and user-centred approaches.
Candidate Requirements

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the ability to:

  • Lead teams of subject matter experts and specialists.
  • Develop and execute product strategies based on evidence and measurable outcomes.
  • Build consensus among stakeholders with differing viewpoints.
  • Make informed decisions where consensus cannot be reached.
  • Bridge communication gaps between stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Navigate complex organisational, commercial, policy and technical environments.
  • Work effectively within Agile delivery frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Mentor and develop product capabilities in others.
  • Represent both clients and organisations confidently and professionally.
