IT Cloud Engineer

The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.

Supports IT Operations, acts as an escalation point for end-user issues and collaborates with I&O Manager and Technical Architect to optimise Cloud Infrastructure.

Key Technical Duties: Contributor in Azure Cloud migration and service optimisation, whilst always considering security best practices and possible cost optimisations.

Use Microsoft tooling and RMM platform to deliver outstanding support to Oxalis users Use Microsoft tooling to provision Windows devices, package and deliver software, and also manage user identities Coordinate and oversee 3 rd party activities to ensure successful delivery of service terms.

Manage incidents and changes using JIRA Service Management.

Remediate identified vulnerabilities and contribute to Oxalis& security landscape.

Flexible in availability for potential UK site visits, out of hours work and international travel.

Work Hours Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM,with the potential for hybrid working arrangements.

While regular office presence is expected, there may be flexibility to work remotely for part of the week.
