Founders' Assistant
Our client, a well-established Property Investment and Development firm in central London, is seeking a part-time assistant to join their growing team.
This is a fully remote role, but it may require someone who could travel to central London on occasion.
In this dynamic Founders’ Assistant role, you will be expected to be highly organised with an ability to manage several assignments at any given time. You will be confident in your written and verbal communication skills and will have proven ability in producing well-formatted and articulated email responses, PowerPoint slide decks, Word documents and basic Excel spreadsheets.
- Manage diaries, 2 inboxes, plan and manage extensive travel
- Manage CRM, investor comms, and company social media activity
- Produce slide presentations on PowerPoint
- Weekly desktop research on new and varied topics
- Prepare briefing notes and materials for meetings
- Document control on MS365apps, including OneDrive, SharePoint
- Organise small corporate event,s including summer and Christmas parties
- Support with recruitment and first-round screening interviews
- Support Founders with booking personal holidays, travel, medical appointments, etc
Prior experience and skills would include as many of the following as possible
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 year's proven work experience in a similar, fast-paced, remote-based role
- English is a prerequisite. German or Italian language proficiency is an advantage
- CRM management like HubSpot/ Nimble
- Writing and posting corporate social media posts on LI
- High level of proficiency with MS apps, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, plus basic Excel
- Knowledge of the WordPress content management system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Monday to Friday remote based role, 25 hours per week, equally spread through the working day/ week (between 7:30 am/8.30 am to 3:00 pm
An independent, fully set-up, quiet home office is a prerequisite for this role.
