Job Description

• Hybrid working environment, with a minimum of 2 days in the office or on client site per week, primarily based in London Victoria.
• Travel to client sites as required.
• Support the growth of our Life and Pensions business by delivering high-impact consulting projects.
• Lead and deliver large-scale IT transformation programs within the L&P sector.
• Collaborate with teams to create innovative solutions, develop new business opportunities, and engage with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong management consulting background with extensive experience in the Life and Pension sector.
• Knowledge of outsourcing lifecycle, business cases, and cost models.
• Expertise in technology delivery disciplines such as IT strategy, service management, and agile delivery.
• Proven track record in transformation areas like new products, operating models, sourcing, and data modernization.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
