The practicalities  

Location: UK (2 days in office London, 3 days WFH/client visits when needed) 

Start date: Monday, 27 October 2025 

Reports to: Director of AI Adoption 

Type: Full-time 

Compensation: £45-55k/yr (seniority dependent) + stock options 

Annual leave policy: 25 days per year + bank holidays 

What you’ll do  

• Maximise PAIR’s impact: The PAIR platform is a self-paced, adaptive programme that helps professionals master AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot. You will work with our customers to maximise its impact, from a successful launch to long-term impact. 
• Build trusted relationships with executives at our clients as their partner for AI adoption. 
• Manage a book of customers , monitoring levels of AI proficiency achieved, solving day-to-day problems, supporting account renewals and growth, and helping customers build an AI-native workforce. 
• Come up with ways to improve the platform , drawing on your experience with our customers and their AI adoption challenges.
• Contribute to our AI adoption strategy and build repeatable processes and engagement models that can work at scale 

You may be a good fit if you are  

• A strong communicator who can present clearly and write well, explaining technical concepts in plain language. 
• Hard-working and resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity and always keen to get to the best outcome. 
• Strongly interested in AI with a deep understanding of the space, how it’s changing, and its implications for how organisations operate. 
• Organised and meticulous, with the ability to meet tight deadlines, keep track of multiple threads, and impose structure on complex situations. 
• Analytically minded, with a strong academic record and a familiarity with qualitative and quantitative data.

Pay attention to the real barriers they might face, practical steps needed, where the value would come from, and how to embed any improvements for the long-term.

• Phone screens (15–30 mins): week commencing 15th September
