AI Engineer
What You'll Do:
- Build and deploy real AI systems that automate workflows and solve real user problem
- Work directly with clients from day 1 - define the roadmap, manage delivery, solve hard problem
- Own full-stack AI projects: LLMs, backend, cloud deployments, APIs, UI where needed
- Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers internally and externally
- Write code that scales, abstracts, and adapts fast
What You've Done:
- 5-8 years of experience as an engineer; ideally some in startups, consulting, or AI tooling
- Have deployed your own AI tools or products (LLM apps, agents, copilots, etc), confident with Python and at least a few of: Cursor / Claude Code / other AI coding tools, LLM APIs (Gemini, Claude, GPTs etc.), cloud deployments (AWS / GCP / Azure
- Have worked directly with clients or stakeholders and know how to scope a solution
- Bonus if you've led teams, been a founder, or shipped under pressure
