- Ashford, Kent About the Opportunity Paradigm Employment Services are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established international engineering and manufacturing business for an experienced R&D / Technical Manager. Reporting into the Technical Director, you'll lead a small technical team while overseeing the development of new electronic hardware products from concept through to manufacture. This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership and product innovation.
