IT Support Apprentice
You’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues requiring technical support. You’ll assist with setting up and maintaining IT equipment, resolving hardware and software issues, and supporting various IT systems across the company. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring all IT processes are documented and follow company policies.
Role
- Responding to technical issues and delivering excellent customer service
- Installing, configuring, and repairing IT equipment (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, VoIP phones, printers, etc)
- Performing maintenance and repairs on hardware
- Supporting and troubleshooting software including Windows 11, Chrome OS, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and company-specific applications

- Gain an Azure Fundamentals Qualification and a Microsoft 365 fundamentals qualification
- Get an introduction to Windows, Linux and PowerShell
Tools and technologies learned: Learners will learn to use Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows 10, AWS, Linux, PowerShell.
- On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be opportunities to progress into a full-time IT Support role within the organisation
